Primary Focus involving horses (Horse Welfare, Public Service, Sport & Recreation):  Horse Welfare

Our organization operates programs involved with horse rescue, foster care, rehabilitation, adoption and/or retirement.

Our organization is directly responsible for the care of horses to provide its services.

Our Mission/How we are involved with horses:
Because wild horses of the Badlands hold a unique place in the history and settlement of North Dakota, the North Dakota Badlands Horse Registry was established to register, promote, appreciate and preserve the wild horses of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. We have a new Partnership Agreement with Theodore Roosevelt National Park where our group will assist the park in gathering wild horses using low-stress methods and then instead of being taken to a sale barn they will be handed over to our group and we will find homes for them to qualified buyers only.
