Primary Focus involving horses (Horse Welfare, Public Service, Sport & Recreation):  Public Service

Our organization operates programs involved with providing equine assisted activities and therapies (EAAT) using certified instructors for individuals with special needs.

Our organization is directly responsible for the care of horses to provide its services.

Our Mission/How we are involved with horses:
The UNH Therapeutic Riding Program has a tri-partite mission: to give UNH students the opportunity for hands-on training in the field of therapeutic riding; to provide therapeutic treatment to individuals with physical, emotional and cognitive disabilities; and to create an environment which integrates members of the disabled and able-bodied communities.
