Under Governance, you state that there are 9 board members, but your website lists 8. Please correct this discrepancy. Also under Governance, in answer to the question – Are any Voting Board members compensated – we changed your answer from No to Yes as the Executive Director serves as a member of the Board. No action is required unless the Executive Director serves as a non-voting member or your website is incorrect in which case, please make the needed corrections.
