Primary Focus involving horses (Horse Welfare, Public Service, Sport & Recreation):  Public Service

Our organization operates programs involved with providing equine assisted activities and therapies (EAAT) using certified instructors for individuals with special needs.

Our organization does not use, care for, or shelter horses to fulfill our mission.

100% of our total programs and services are horse-related.

Our Mission/How we are involved with horses:
We Will Ride offers individualized programs of equine assisted activities and therapies to people with disabilities aimed at enhancing their physical, mental, emotional, and social functioning in everyday life.

Horse-related programs:
We Will Ride provides individualized programs of equine activities and therapies to riders with special needs including but not limited to Developmental delays PDD Autism spectrum Behavior and Emotional disorders Attention and Language issues Cerebral Palsy Down syndrome and mental retardation While our primary enrollment is children between 4 and 18 years of age we have served adults

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer Training
Minimum Age: 14
We Will Ride offers Volunteer Training on Monday afternoons preceeding each spring, summer and fall semester. Volunteer trainings usually occur each February or March, June, and September. You must attend a volunteer training in order to participate.
