Our Mission/How we are involved with horses:
Our mission is to prevent abuse, needless suffering, and slaughter of horses through auction rescue, owner surrender. We shelter, rehabilitate and adopt into loving homes hundreds of horses a year. We operate shelters in California, Oklahoma and Tennessee. We are the nation's largest open door shelter for horses.
Primary Focus involving horses (Horse Welfare, Public Service, Sport & Recreation): Horse Welfare
Our organization operates programs involved with horse rescue, foster care, rehabilitation, adoption and/or retirement.
Our organization is directly responsible for the care and shelter of horses.
