Our Mission/How we are involved with horses:
Mission Statement:
Riley's Rescue Ranch offers Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies while rescuing equines from abuse and neglect. We serve all people who seek the healing power of the equine and seek to expand our community’s knowledge of equine care.


Primary Focus involving horses (Horse Welfare, Public Service, Sport & Recreation):  Public Service

Our organization operates programs involved with horse rescue, foster care, rehabilitation, adoption and/or retirement.

Our organization operates programs involved with providing equine assisted activities and therapies (EAAT) using certified instructors for individuals with special needs.

Our organization's primary activity is equine retirement.

Our organization is directly responsible for the care and shelter of horses.

100% of our total programs and services are horse-related.

Our organization conducts its horse-related programs at one facility.


Volunteer Opportunities


Volunteer Needs
Weekend opportunities- Volunteers needed for-
Lessons and groups- to help with horses and clients.
Field, tack, horse maintenance
Barn and property maintenance
Field clearing, stall construction
Future improvements and expansion p[rojects

Tractor- for everyday needs and to continue to clear fields.
Fill dirt- to fill in the front pond.
Stall building equipment/volunteers
The usual- Feed-Purina Healthy Edge, Shavings for the stalls, bug spray,used tack, and treats-the horses’ favorite!
