Our organization operates programs involved with providing equine assisted activities and therapies (EAAT) using certified instructors for individuals with special needs.Our organization is directly responsible for the care and shelter of horses.

To enhance the lives of individuals who have special needs through equine assisted activities and therapies while leading the industry in education.
Office WorkMinimum Age: 14Mailing/filing
Summer Camp AssistantMinimum Age: 14Assist instructors in all activites (on and off horses)
Grounds/MaintenanceMinimum Age: 14Gardening, lawn maintenance, landscaping, painting, ect.
Special EventsMinimum Age: 14Assist where needed in special events open to the public. These events are generally held on weekends.
Hippotherapy AssistantMinimum Age: 14Assist physical therapist as a side-walker. This position requires special training.
Barn WorkMinimum Age: 14Cleaning stalls, sweeping, grooming, feeding, watering horses
Equine Management TeamMinimum Age: 14Assist instructors in the physical and emotional maintenance of the horses. This involves exercising the horses, performing some stretching exercises, and behavior management activities. This particular position requires instructor approval.
Committee Member For FundraisersMinimum Age: 18Open to those who have a passion for planning. We're always on the lookout for creative individuals looking to donate their time and talent to raise money for our cause!
Leader/SidewalkerMinimum Age: 14Assist in classes by either leading a horse (while student is riding) or sidewalking (walking beside the student while keeping an eye on their position and actions and assisting the instructor in focusing their attention)
