Our Mission/How we are involved with horses:
MANE's mission is to provide safe and effective therapeutic riding programs to children and adults with cognitive, physical, developmental, and emotional disabilities.
Primary Focus involving horses (Horse Welfare, Public Service, Sport & Recreation): Public Service
Our organization operates programs involved with providing equine assisted activities and therapies (EAAT) using certified instructors for individuals with special needs.Our organization is directly responsible for the care and shelter of horses.
SessionMinimum Age: 14Join us for our ten week Sessions! Volunteers are needed as horse leaders and sidewalkers for classes as well as volunteer to do barn and office chores. Session runs from September through mid November; January to mid-March; and April to mid-June.
