Our organization operates programs involved with providing equine assisted activities and therapies (EAAT) using certified instructors for individuals with special needs.

Our organization is directly responsible for the care and shelter of horses.

Our Mission: To be a place where God brings those with special needs together with horses so that they can be successful physically, cognitively, emotionally, and academically.

Our Commitment:
Jeremiah\'s Crossing does not charge participants for services; striving to support the activities of the ranch through fundraising and grant opportunities.

Volunteer Opportunities

Charity Charge Volunteer
Minimum Age: 12
Each year on the first Saturday in June, Jeremiah's Crossing holds their Charity Charge Fun Mud Run. Volunteers are needed to plan and host this fun family event! Please volunteer to help our community "Run because they cannot!"

Event Volunteer
Minimum Age: 12
Do you love to plan a party? Become an event volunteer at Jeremiah's Crossing and help with our annual Family Fun Fest Cruise In and our annual Family Fun Fest Open House. Help Jeremiah's Crossing continue to provide EAA lessons at no charge to participants and their families. Contact 4JCVolunteers@gmail.com for more information.

Side Walker
Minimum Age: 14
Would you like to help amazing people learn to ride a horse? Become a side walker at Jeremiah's Crossing. Side walkers are trained to assist riders during EAA lessons. Training is provided by Jeremiah's Crossing. Come for one day a week or multiple days. Contact Jeremiah's Crossing for more details and to request a volunteer packet.

Horse Leader
Minimum Age: 15
If you have horse handling experience, or a desire to learn, please consider becoming a horse leader for EAA lessons at Jeremiah's Crossing. Lessons will be held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday during the Summer Session. Contact Jeremiah's Crossing for more details and to request a volunteer packet.
