Enter now for the Best Performance Competition at WEF Week 7

The Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) is offering the EQUUS Foundation's Best Performance Competition (BPC) during Week 7, February 24-28 for exhibitors competing in the hunter divisions.

Endorsed by the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF), the BPC is a competitive awards program that provides ongoing support of horse welfare.


Enter one of the four BPC classes in the show office for the $20 tax-deductible entry fee and wear your official EQUUS Foundation armband while competing.

  •  Best Junior on a Pony - Class 9200
     Open to exhibitors competing in the
     Small, Medium, Large, Green, & Children's
     Pony Sections on Saturday, Feb. 27
     and Saturday, Feb. 27
     Cut off for purchase: 4pm Friday, Feb. 26

  •  Best Junior on a Horse - Class 9201
     Open to exhibitors competing in all Junior
     Hunter Divisions on Friday, Feb. 26
     Cut off for purchase: 4pm Thu., Feb. 25

  •  Best Amateur - Class 9202
     Open to exhibitors competing in all Amateur
     Owner Hunter Divisions on Friday Feb. 26
     and Saturday, Feb. 27
     Cut off for purchase: 4pm Thu., Feb. 25

  •  Best Professional - Class 9203
     Open to professional exhibitors competing
     in the First & Second Year Greens,
     Conformation & High Performance on Feb. 24
     Cut off for purchase: 4pm Tuesday, Feb. 23

Winners receive points based on the number of class entries. Year-end standings are based on points accumulated by winners at participating shows.

The EQUUS Foundation is the only national charitable foundation dedicated solely to ensuring the quality of life of horses and fostering the horse-human bond in the United States.
