Nestle Waters North America Signs on as Official Beverage Sponsor of the Fairfield June Horse Show to benefit The EQUUS Foundation

WESTPORT, CT - April 19, 2012 - The Fairfield County Hunt Club and The EQUUS Foundation are pleased to welcome Nestle Waters North America (NWNA) as the Official Beverage Sponsor of the Fairfield "AA-Rated" June Benefit Horse Show and the "A-Rated" August Show. The June Show will be held Tuesday-Saturday, June 19-23, 2012 and the August Show featuring the Connecticut Hunter-Jumper Finals will be held on Thursday-Sunday, August 16-19, 2012.
"We are thrilled to have NWNA as a major sponsor and to feature their well-known and popular beverage products to our exhibitors, trainers, attendants, and their families, along with the spectators, who will be attending the show," said Tracy Harris, who is co-chairing the June Show with Jennifer Ross.
NWNA distributes more than 50 local brands in countries throughout the world. Featured at the Fairfield Show will be Poland Spring, a 100% natural spring water, sparkling, flavored and unflavored, dating back to 1845 and the number one bottled water in the northeastern United States.
Also featured will be some of NWNA'S most prestigious international brands - Acqua Panna from Tuscany, S.Pellegrino originating from the foothills of dolomite mountains in Italy, and Perrier from Provence in the South of France.

Now in its 89th year and located on the historic grounds of the Fairfield County Hunt Club, the June Show is open to the public with free admission. NWNA will be the presenting sponsor of the $7,500 Poland Spring Welcome Jumper Stake at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 21, 2012, the preview class for the show's grand finale on Saturday, June 23, 2012. New for 2012, the show will have a Family Fun Day presented by Nestle Waters North America on Saturday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with Free Pony Rides, Face Painting, a Horseless Horse Show, and Crafts by Make & Mingle as well as Shopping in Boutique Row. Family Fun Day will be followed by the always exciting $25,000 Fairfield Grand Prix where top equestrians will navigate a course of five-foot jumps at lightning speed.

Horse show class sponsorships will again benefit The EQUUS Foundation. All donors, regardless of amount, will be recognized in the Official Horse Show program if received by May 1, 2012 and on the horse show website.
Donations of $500 or more include attendance at The EQUUS Foundation Benefit Luncheon on Saturday, June 23, 2012, held in conjunction with the $25,000 Fairfield Grand Prix, the culminating event of the five-day horse show.
Donors contributing $500 or more will also be invited to attend the Patron's Party, now an annual tradition, which will be held on Saturday evening, June 9, 2012, at the home of Co-Chair Tracy Harris.
