Our Mission/How we are involved with horses:
JHF Re3 Adoption and Therapy is dedicated to the Rehabilitation, Retraining and Rehoming of Retired Racehorses and other breeds in our local community. We provide an environment for teens and at risk youth to; learn, grow, and develop a sense of self with equine assisted therapy.


Primary Focus involving horses (Horse Welfare, Public Service, Sport & Recreation):  Horse Welfare

Our organization operates programs involved with horse rescue, foster care, rehabilitation, adoption and/or retirement.

Our organization's primary activity is equine rescue, adoption & retirement.

Our organization is directly responsible for the care and shelter of horses.

Volunteer Opportunities


Volunteers Welcome
Minimum Age: 13
We have a unique opportunity to volunteer and learn about horses. We teach everyone from the ground up in a safe learning environment. Volunteers are given the opportunity to ride and show as part of our program.

Gently Used Waterproof Sheets And Blankets
We are always in the need of waterproof sheets and blankets. Most of these horses have never experienced being turned out in the weather and are not capable of growing a good winter coat their first season off the track. Sizes 70-84 are needed and welcome
