Our Mission/How we are involved with horses:
We rescue, rehabilitate, and find qualified homes for abandoned, abused, or relinquished horses. We train our horses to be therapeutic riding horses, and provide a sanctuary to seniors. We rescue dogs and cats, and provide sanctuary to alpacas, goats, pigs, and emus, (all part of our animal assisted therapy program).

Volunteer OpportunitesMinimum Age: 13Hello, There are many volunteer opportunities available at Pet Place International's Rescue and Great Strides Therapeutic Riding Center. Please contact us regarding volunteering classes. We currently house horses, dogs, cats, alpacas, goats, pigs, bunnies, emus, peacocks, ducks, geese, and chickens. The opportunity to work with and help animals is endless.
