Our Mission/How we are involved with horses:
Stir-N-Up Hope is a Not-For-Profit organization that provides Equine Assisted Activities for individuals with disabilities and Equine Assisted Learning focusing on relationship, character and life skills. Riders are taught to groom, tack, lead, and ride. We have caring volunteers who assisted those who need someone to prepare their horse for them and/or walk along side the horse for safety.
A horse’s warm disposition draws out the desire in the rider to try new things and overcome fears. We have been operating for many years serving individuals from all over the tristate.
