Primary Focus involving horses (Horse Welfare, Public Service, Sport & Recreation): Public Service
Our organization operates programs involved with providing equine assisted activities and therapies (EAAT) using certified instructors for individuals with special needs.Our organization is directly responsible for the care and shelter of horses.

Stirrups and Smiles is committed to improving the quality of life for special needs individuals in a safe environment by increasing physical mobility, muscle strength and coordination by utilizing the natural connection between human and horse.
Volunteers Needed - Vital To Our SuccessMinimum Age: 14Volunteers are vital to our operation. Please contact us for orientation scheduling.
SidewalkersMinimum Age: 14Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, safety of riders, other volunteers, staff, and participants of the program while interacting with rider in the proximity of the horse.
Barn BuddiesMinimum Age: 14Responsibilities shall include, but not limited to keeping the stalls, barn walkway and holding area cleaned and free of debris.
Office AngelsMinimum Age: 14We love office volunteers that is ready to assist with filing, data entry and class preparation. Also we always benefit when someone offers to clean the Therapy Office or just show up asking for how to help! Want to join this team? We could use your help!
