Our organization operates programs involved with providing equine assisted activities and therapies (EAAT) using certified instructors for individuals with special needs.
Our Mission/How we are involved with horses:
Our Mission is to reach not only the scars that are visible, but also the ones that are not; the ones that are kept inside broken hearts and locked doors. While rescuing horses we hope to rescue many children's hearts and souls.
Mentoring And Regular Volunteers Accepted OngoingWe accept those over 18 years old for volunteer purposes, younger if accompanied by an adult. We always have chores to do and stalls to be cleaned. Occasionally we need painting and office repairs done. Electrical work is needed to be done at the present time in our machine shed & tack shed (they have no lights). Daily from 6:30-7:30 a.m. & 4:00-5:00 we have daily chores. Fences always need mending and in the summer we have mowing to be done on a weekly basis.
