I had been searching for a companion for my horse Simon from the first week I brought him home. I was searching Facebook like I did every evening. A post came up on my feed from This Old Horse. I sent messages and made a phone call about a horse named NOS, he looked perfect! A gelding that needed a retirement home, it was too good to be true, and only 2hrs away from me. Bonnie reached out and put me in contact with NOS owner we spoke on the phone and made plans to meet that weekend. That meeting went fantastic we both agreed it was a good fit. NOS was home with me the following week. He is a perfect gentleman and a great companion for my Simon. I attached some photos of them grooming each other this was taken after they had been together for only a couple hours.  They also like to nap in the sunshine together. Both of these guys are my companions, I just find joy in caring for them, it relaxes me and relieves my stress just hanging out with them, and that’s what it’s all about for me.
