Our Mission/How we are involved with horses:
Our mission is to provide off the track thoroughbreds with a soft landing after the end of their racing careers by giving them ample rehabilitation and retraining, transitioning them to a new career. We also work to educate and demonstrate to the public how versatile and quiet thoroughbreds are through clinics, shows, parades, community events, etc. We have a summer riding program geared towards underprivileged children in our area and also offer year round lessons. We adopt under a no racing/no auction/no breeding contract with right of first refusal and all stallions/colts are gelded upon arrival. We also host low-cost/free gelding clinics in order to combat over-breeding and have helped geld 23 horses to date. Thoroughbreds are known for their athleticism, heart and desire to please. Ride an OTTB today!

Primary Focus involving horses (Horse Welfare, Public Service, Sport & Recreation):  Horse Welfare

Our organization operates programs involved with horse rescue, foster care, rehabilitation, adoption and/or retirement.

Our organization is directly responsible for the care and shelter of horses.
